About Me

Designing with Empathy, Strategy, and Impact

My path in design began with small businesses and startups, where curiosity and adaptability shaped my approach to problem solving. Over the years, that foundation evolved into a career focused on accessibility, strategy, and experience design, transforming ideas into outcomes that serve both people and business.

As a Senior Product Designer at Kroger, I’ve helped close 75% of accessibility gaps in key eCommerce flows, launched design-led training programs that upskilled over half our team, and driven multi-million-dollar revenue growth through customer-centric innovation. My philosophy is rooted in continuous learning, empathy, and elevating those around me, because the best design outcomes happen when everyone grows together.

Core Values

Growth

The active pursuit of curiosity over comfort and a lifelong commitment to continuous learning and development. I believe in leaning into the unknown with a learner’s mindset, transforming every challenge into an opportunity for evolution and refinement.

Integrity

The consistent practice of accountability and reliability, ensuring that actions align with promises. By choosing what is right over what is fast or easy, I build a foundation of unwavering trust with my teams and stakeholders.

Inclusion

The intentional practice of designing for the full spectrum of human diversity. My goal is to ensure that every interaction is not just accessible, but truly empowering, welcoming, and functional for everyone.
